It has taken many years of hard work by our experienced, friendly staff, not only to achieve such a standard but - probably more difficult – to sustain the high standard. Dinner at the Allt-nan-Ros is a very pleasurable experience and attendance at functions at the Hotel, especialy the colour, atmosphere and traditions of a Highland Wedding is truly something special. This is what has attracted many visitors to come to the Highlands for their wedding, the most famous being Madonna.

The extensive wine list, featuring a major cross-section of the best of the world's vineyards, compliments the scope of the cuisine but with an extra touch of the best of Scottish and Highland fare.

Every now and then, especially in Winter and Spring, the Restaurant offers the option of special food “Theme Nights” menus for which there are usually Special Break prices for those who want to take a short or longer stay at this quality Highland Hotel.
